There is a myth that if you have a Non fault Accident and you are not making a claim under your own policy then you do not need to notify your own motor Insurers, if you are using a "Non Fault Scheme".

This is not correct as even when you are not making a claim under your own policy, recoveries for the repairs to your vehicle will be made from the negligent party and as such, the claim will be recorded on the Claims and Underwriting Exchange (CUE).

Just by reporting the claim you should not receive an increase in premium.

Also all claims have to be reported to the Insurer on any vehicle where you are a driver.

Your Wifes Car, your own Car etc.

And finally i would suggest if in doubt speak to your Insurance Broker or Advisor.

I am getting messages that there is limited space left on my hard disc so I am unable to defragment it. I originally had two users on the PC but disposed of one of them.I noticed that after setting the second user up, the folder "My Documents" was duplicated along with various others. The original folder contained a lot of photos, so likewise these are duplicated thus using up a lot of the space on the disc. I once tried deleting one of the folders but was confronted with warning messages which I did not fully understand, so I declined. It seems essential that I recover a considerable amount of space, and since there are a number of folders duplicated, in my "Unknowing" opinion this would seem to be a good way to do it but my knowledge of the subject is obviously lacking. I have run the "Disc Clean", and deleted many other files etc. Is there a good samaritan who could guide me as the best way to do it. I am running Windows XP and I am also a silver surfer.
